With over 20 years of industry experience across London and Sydney, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge in advertising, events, public relations, marketing, and sponsorship. She began her career at Hilton Hotels’ head office in London, where she played a key role in the global communications team – managing UK media strategy for more than 3,000 hotels worldwide. Her work extended across the group’s restaurants, bars, spas, gyms, product lines, and even its F1 racing partnership.

After relocating to Sydney in 2009, Olivia immersed herself in the local media and PR landscape before founding Pendulum Communications. Known for her deep understanding of the media, honest communication style, and proactive approach, Olivia is widely respected for the way she integrates seamlessly into her clients' teams—acting as a trusted extension of their business.
