Momento Hospitality engaged Pendulum Communications to deliver a PR campaign aimed at promoting the launch of Oran Park Hotel as Southwest Sydney's premier multi-million-dollar hospitality and entertainment precinct. The expansive 7,500 sqm precinct is one of the largest in Australia and cost $50 million to construct. Oran Park Hotel spans 3 levels, with 7 bars, an all-day bistro, a central open-air atrium, pizzeria, bottle shop, Asian-inspired rooftop bar, two boutique cinemas, a grand ballroom with multiple function spaces, and an indoor kids’ play area. 

Pendulum led the strategic PR campaign for the entire precinct over an 8-week pre-launch and opening phase. Coverage secured included articles in all key local and metro newspapers, across major lifestyle & trade publications plus TV segments on Channel 9 News, Channel 7 News and on Sydney Weekender
