Pendulum has worked closely with Atticus Hospitality on a project basis over the past five years, launching both Esteban and Casa Esquina (which then transitioned to Elliott’s) with standout results.
In April 2025, Pendulum was appointed as Atticus Hospitality’s retained PR agency. The first campaign under the new partnership was the relaunch of Tequila Mockingbird as tqm., a refreshed South American dining concept positioned for continued relevance and media buzz in Sydney’s competitive restaurant landscape.
Coverage secured over a 3-month period included print articles in Sydney Morning Herald Good Food, Hospitality Magazine, Sun-Herald Sunday Life Magazine, Sunday Telegraph and Gourmet Traveller. Online lifestyle coverage included Urban List, Time Out, Concrete Playground, Broadsheet, AGFG, Sitchu, Eat Drink Play, Daily Mail & Australian Traveller. TV segments also appeared on Channel 9 & Channel 10 News
